This powerful and interactive online tool is designed to help health workers develop rehabilitation treatment plans for patients with fractures, amputations, and acquired brain injuries when only limited outpatient support or rehabilitation therapy may be available.

How Does the Tool Work? 
The tool will ask you questions about the patient’s injury. Based on the information you input in the tool, you will receive tips and advice to consider for the patient’s treatment plan including: 

  • What not to miss when conducting a basic assessment 
  • Key elements of a problem list 
  • Sample exercise prescriptions and videos to support patient’s rehabilitation 
  • Best practices in the prescription of assistive devices, such as wheelchairs
