"The intervention techniques (tapping, breathing and havening) introduced in this course are so user-friendly, doable and viable. I can even use them daily to relieve stress acquired both from work and home. I am so thrilled that I can easily teach these to my family members, friends and co-workers. I love the fact that there is no medication involved and the interventions are free.”
